Postcard Mailers and/or Flyers are typically on-demand print jobs and are another low-cost, highly effective direct marketing tool. These are typically short-run jobs of less than 10,000 units. This allows for smaller quantities with little to no waste. Some features are 4/4 color processing (CMYK Front and Back), 600 x 600 dpi, and Xerox patented dry inks for excellent fine line rendering and a wide-range color gamut. Standard Design Specs
If you or your staff is designing your marketing piece, we recommend that your color mode is CMYK and that your resolution is at least 300 DPI. The design shoud include a .125 bleed (margin) around the border. The overall size becomes .25 inches by .25 inches larger than the final trim size. Downloaded templates can be modified to accommodate other standard sizes such as 4" x 7".
